The apartment is very new. The spaces exceeded the expectations of the photos. Everything was very clean and organized. The outdoor area is a great distinguishing feature. Although the pool was small, it was used a lot and was delightful. All rooms with air-conditioning that worked very well. Essential for the heat of BC. We will definitely be back and are curious to see the other spaces of the hostess Luci, who, in addition to being very nice, was always cordial and quick in her responses. 10-star rating.

Sensational apartment, well located, close to the beach, supermarkets, pharmacies and with everything that is needed not only for a timely holiday accommodation, but also to live quietly for months! Super comfortable, clean, with the heated and exclusive pool of the apartment that is a very good differential, garage space that no one will bother by hitting your car or locking you in the spot, for sure when I return to BC I will return to the same place!

The apartment is beautiful and very well located, close to the Ferris wheel on the beach. There are several restaurants nearby, markets, pharmacy. Equipped kitchen, we made food without any problems. And now there's a new blender there, thank Sofia. Host Marlene, who welcomes us, is amazing, super helpful, responds quickly and resolves any unforeseen very fast too. I highly recommend it, it was a super quiet stay and we enjoyed a lot ❤️

rosiane is mto protiva, I asked if it was possible to pass the check-out time, she authorized me because I had no guests for the day of my departure, elsewhere charge msm not having guests to enter. I noticed that she treats guests with affection and not as a profit. Qdo Deus prepare another trip for sure I will rent her apartment again, even made friends with the neighborhood and those 🐕 🐕 of the condominium. In the apartment there is enough 4 people, has a good double bed, a sofa and single mattress.

Genakarlo was very kind and helpful during the stay. It made us comfortable for check in and check out, always helping in everything we need. The house has a great living area, with barbecue and swimming pool and ample space. For weekend with friends, excellent, I recommend.

The location is also very good, Avenida Brasil is a centralized avenue here and has many things to enjoy, and from here to the beach is not even 5 minutes walking, so it really is very good this location. If you walk you will see places of easy access and great to delight in the cuisine of this place, it was wonderful, I liked it too much and I will vote soon!!!

The condominium is familiar, had all the items announced, a place near the beach of Laranjeiras, Estaleirinho, Balneário Camboriú and easy access to BR101. Everything was clean, impeccable. Rodrigo was super attentive. Would recommend.

We stayed 3 nights in the apartment and the experience was excellent! The place is super comfortable, well located (close to everything we needed) and the host was very attentive from start to finish. A super positive point: it has air-conditioning in all environments, which made all the difference on the hottest days.
