Superb Mas located on the fishermen's island and very well equipped. The location is perfect, right next to the restaurant and pool. We'll be happy to go back!

Pleasant accommodation and in a good location, to enjoy the different activities in the area. Parking space in the residence is very convenient. The only downside are the finishes of the accommodation (isolation, joints), as well as the cleanliness of the floor upon arrival.

Pleasant accommodation, very quiet and properly equipped. No luck this year because of water restrictions, the pool was closed. Paule, in addition to an impeccable welcome and seamless availability, was able to be accommodating to compensate for this small inconvenience. The house is in the back of the complex, on the small path of the canal. It is very nice and practically renovated, has two rooms about the same size and the attic with two sleeping places. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a microwave and oven, as well as a large fridge including freezer. For us (two couples with 1 dog) it was a wonderful time, very relaxing! The surroundings are a dream, we often went hiking or cycling. The sea is nice and close and this year we got to know the small natural paradise "Petit Dosse", very close by. Cecile is very friendly, likeable, well organized and accommodating - the handover of the apartment and communication with her was very straightforward and pleasant! We would love to vacation again in this Mas!

Excellent stay! Clean and very nice accommodation, we recommend this stay where everything is possible on foot. Host available and extremely nice. We will return to this little piece of heaven that Cat and Tof maintain with love. 😍

Already there was Michèle's warm welcome with her smile and her good advice... a ray of sunshine. And then the house... a little gem of comfort with its dream terrace and everything you need both in the kitchen and in terms of bedding and sanitary facilities. Ideally located and sheltered from the wind, we loved this pretty cottage both for long reading breakfasts and sweet gourmet evenings or beautiful walks on the beach. The surroundings contain many sites to discover and Sainte Marie is a small family and warm haven, well located between Perpignan Collioure and Carcassonne or Narbonne. Thanks to Guy for a wonderful stay. We warmly recommend this property and hope to come back.

Such an amazing stay! We had some questions for Mark before booking, he answered it very quickly and well. Communication with Mark was very nice. The view and the villa are even more beautiful than in the pictures. We would recommend this villa to everyone.

A cute little place in a beautiful, peaceful location on the lake. A bread van in the mornings and some evenings there was pizza or mussels in the square. 2 lovely pools, table tennis and direct access to the lake. 15-20 mins to several beautiful beaches. We absolutely loved our stay!

We had a great time with the family. Great for hiking, enjoying the sunset, or just the grandiose view… and all this close to the coast! Well-equipped hideaway. The description of the road is reliable so no problem driving slowly. Namely, The GR passes in front of the refuge so very convenient to walk around and a lot of passage during the day the WE. What a great place to stay ! It is excellently maintained, quietly located and only a few steps away from the beach. The garden offers a lot of privacy and the house is very comfortable. Definitely suitable for a longer period ... We found the house very clean and is particularly well equipped; modern high-quality kitchen appliances, modern bathroom, good beds and a spacious living room. Through the sliding door access to the cozy garden, where we often stayed. The house is much more cozy than the photos suggest. Towels were provided as well as more than enough crockery, cutlery and other kitchen items. The garden was spacious with comfortable sun loungers, a lounge set and a great dining area. We were welcomed (and waved goodbye) by the most friendly Caroline. Our endearing hostess made sure we didn't miss anything for a carefree holiday. We had a very nice stay! Chapeau!

Caroline and Jean Miguel really are the loveliest of hosts. And their gite is charming rustic and perfect for a chill and relaxing time in the peace of the beautiful surroundings and countryside. The cottage is deceptively spacious and very comfortable - we all slept really well!! The pool is fab for a morning dip or to cool down in the hot afternoon, and the garden and veranda/ conservatory were welcome added bonuses for relaxing outdoors in the evening with dinner and a beer/ glass of wine whilst playing Uno or game found in the games cupboard! Thanks Caroline and Jean Miguel for a wonderful stay. We hope to visit again.

Pleasant stay. Great location near the sea with a garden. House in its juice but which gives it its charm. A lot of restaurants around the area. Christelle had the kindness to let me in the listing earlier than the scheduled time (I was from another Airbnb that I had to leave at a certain time). Christelle is also concerned about the well-being of her hosts.

We had a very pleasant stay in José and Anne's charming cottage. It is very functional and is perfect for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). The environment is peaceful, and the beach and Christmas village are within walking distance. Many thanks to José and Anne for their warm welcome and advice.
