The apartment is on the first floor of a detached house (my mother and I live on the ground floor) and consists of a kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. It is located in the hamlet of Pianoconte, in the countryside in a quiet setting 5km from the historic center (therefore you need a vehicle to get around), with a parking space and motorcycle and the possibility of using the garden and terrace on the ground floor. POSSIBILITY OF USING A NEARBY SWIMMING POOL.

On the ground floor of the same building, the convenience of a supermarket with fresh fruit and a butcher's shop. At 15 meters the bus stop for the center.

Our house is a two-room apartment on two floors: the ground floor consists of a kitchen area (with double sofa bed) and a bathroom; on the first floor a bedroom with double bed (we can add a small single bed), another bathroom and a balcony. On the 2nd floor there is also a large covered terrace, private and equipped with deckchairs, chairs, table, kitchen area for outdoor dining. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people (5 if there are children).
