Entire apartment located on the ground floor, in a small peaceful residence. Fibre WiFi, TV with Netflix access. Convenient parking at the foot of the building. Very quiet neighborhood. Shops and train station nearby. In Murat itself, a nice little town of character. Favourably located near the Cantal mountains (Le plomb, Puy Mary, GR start) only 10 minutes from the ski resort of Lioran, served by shuttles, buses, trains. For nature lovers. Skiing,biking,hiking.

Apartment located in the village of Saint Martin Valmeroux, nice village 10 minutes from Salers in the Maronne valley. Close to the mountains of the Cantalian volcano for outdoor activities ( hiking, snowshoeing, fishing,mountain biking, canyoning...) with shops nearby ( bakery, tobacco press, grocery store, medical practice, gas station). Gite 2 stars renovated in 2018 in the house owners who will be delighted to welcome you and help you have a pleasant stay.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.
