Welcome to the heights of Aurillac in this beautiful green area just steps away from the city centre (10 minutes walk). You will occupy the ground floor in our townhouse. Fully autonomous and independent (kitchen, living room (1 Clic-Clac), bathroom, toilet and bedroom (1 bed) ) Fully equipped area. You can enjoy the calm of the place, a terrace and a garden as a decor is at your disposal. Shops are a few metres from the property as well as free public parking.

Lanobre (1400 inhabitants) with all its shops (food, bakery, bars, restaurant, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser etc...) offering many water activities with the Bort les Orgues dam, come and discover the Chateau de Val, village of Salers, the Bourboule, Mont Dore, hiking, the mountain (Puy de Sancy etc...), you won't be disappointed!!!
