Welcome to the heights of Aurillac in this beautiful green area just steps away from the city centre (10 minutes walk). You will occupy the ground floor in our townhouse. Fully autonomous and independent (kitchen, living room (1 Clic-Clac), bathroom, toilet and bedroom (1 bed) ) Fully equipped area. You can enjoy the calm of the place, a terrace and a garden as a decor is at your disposal. Shops are a few metres from the property as well as free public parking.

Access to the centre is 2 minutes' walk. 10 minutes from the Lioran winter resort and microlight-geese flights. Also its location close to the Auvergne mountains (Puy Mary, Cantal lead) allows many hikes for nature lovers. Or beautiful walks by motorcycles or bikes. Waterfalls,burons and Salers will be there.
