Écogîte Lalalandes Aveyron

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

For 4 adults and 2 children, this peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It features a small private pool (3m x 4m, available from June to the end of August) and a Jacuzzi (available from May to the end of October, depending on weather conditions). You are just a 5-minute walk from the water’s edge (Dordogne) where you can enjoy the beach, stroll, admire the Château de Val, go hiking, or visit beautiful villages in Corrèze and Cantal... You will have the whole house to yourself. Total independence. For 2 people. (No children because the garden is suspended). South-facing townhouse on the shores of Lake Saint-Étienne in Cantal with private pontoon (possibility to moor boat or jet ski...) at the bottom of the garden. 2 canoes available. Saltwater pool (may irritate eyes) heated by a heat pump, private jacuzzi under the pool. Large south-facing bay window overlooking the garden. Many activities on site or nearby (beaches, beach volleyball, fishing, aqua park, canoeing, sailing, tourist villages...) not suitable for PRM.

Nestled in the heart of unspoiled nature, Luc is a peaceful oasis, ideal for relaxing in peace. This 200 ha estate is full of charm, between meadows and forests for hiking and oxygenation. In the middle of the stone buildings, the house we offer is composed, on the ground floor of a large living room with open kitchen, on the 1st floor of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower; on the 2nd floor, 2 large bedrooms and a small one as well as a bathroom with bathtub.

This cottage is located in Lanobre (Cantal) bordering Puy De Dome (7 km) and Corrèze (5 km). Lanobre (1400 inhabitants) with all its shops (food, bakery, bars, restaurant, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser etc...) offering many water activities with the Bort les Orgues dam, come and discover the Chateau de Val, village of Salers, the Bourboule, Mont Dore, hiking, the mountain (Puy de Sancy etc...), you won't be disappointed!!! So we're waiting for you!!!
