Former stable converted into a duplex in a mountain village at 1,000 m above sea level, on the PUY MARY site. Ideally located for hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking and paragliding. The GR400 long-distance footpath passes through Liadouze. Aurillac is 25 km away and Le Lioran is 16 km away. Enclosed, non-adjoining plot of land on the other side of the street from the gîte.
