Studio under the main house + large adjoining bedroom separate from the studio, 2,000 m² of private land, swimming pool, absolute tranquillity in the Limagne plain near the Cézallier massif, Sancy, for hiking, bicycles available, equestrian centre nearby. This is the place for a wonderful holiday in Auvergne. The large bedroom is outside the studio, so it is suitable for older children, adults, or the whole family. If there is a small child (4 years old maximum), we will add a mattress on the floor in this case.

The property and its surroundings are a beautiful walking area (stream, forest) in absolute calm. Access to the pool (shared with the owners), unheated and closed from November to April.
