Very quiet villa with garden and pool to relax

It is a quiet one storey villa with lots of light and panoramic windows in the center of the village of Seville, Burguillos, just 25 minutes drive to the beautiful Andalusian capital. It offers a large green garden, covered with natural grass, with a nice private swimming pool, away from any neighbours' prying eyes, with fruit trees and an ecological kitchen garden. It is a perfect choice for a beautiful holiday full of rest and relaxation after long walking tours. It is a comfortable one storey villa with lots of light and panoramic windows. Has three bedrooms. It offers a veranda and a large green garden, which is covered with natural grass, with a nice private swimming pool, away from any neighbours' prying eyes, for cooling down on hot summer days, with fruit trees (grapes, oranges, plums or pears will be available for you) and an ecological kitchen garden, sun loungers, barbecue, tables and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. The villa is fully furnished and well equipped. It has a spacious living room and dining room. The living room includes a large screen TV and international channels and there is free WIFI throughout the entire property. The villa is rented complete. I give my guests independence, but I am available if they need me. The villa is located in the heart of the village with all amenities. Burguillos has about 6.000 inhabitants, and therefore, it has all the services at its disposal, including many bars and restaurants that can be walked from the house, which is located right in the center of the village. Buses are available every day to the capital.

A chalet with a pool.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Villa located about 3 kilometers from the village (Cantillana) and about 30 kilometers from Seville. Furnished villa with three bedrooms (two with air conditioning and one with a ceiling fan), a bathroom, terrace, a living room with a fireplace, and a fully-equipped kitchen. A large private pool and next to it there is a bathroom and kitchen. Large area with grass and hammocks ideal for sunbathing or playing. We also have a barbecue. Ideal for families.

Spectacular villa located in Cantillana (Seville). The house is perfectly equipped to enjoy with family or friends. It has a large private swimming pool, billiard, fireplace, tennis court, barbecue, etc.... It has 7 bedrooms and a maximum capacity of 16 people. There are different dining areas both indoors and outdoors. IMPORTANT: At the entrance of the property, there is a separate house where the caretakers live, who are in charge of the maintenance. There may be dogs in the garden.

Studio ideally located between Alameda de Hercules and Barrio de San Lorenzo. Beautiful community terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views while enjoying the weather. The studio is located in downtown and you can walk around the city. It is located in a lively neighborhood where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, cinemas... There is a bus stop 100 meters away that will leave you at the cathedral in a few minutes if you do not want to walk.
