While it may be older, it is clean and very cute! At Greener Pastures you can enjoy a large back yard and covered patio with friends and family!! Relax on hammocks, play on an oversized Connect Four or even a game of Bocce Ball. In the evening sit under the lights and enjoy a fire.

1910 sq. ft. home has lots of room with two living areas with smart TV's. The four bedrooms all have closets for your clothes. It has two full bathrooms. Its located close to WT, Panhandle Plains Museum, Canyon Water Park, Southeast Park (with dog park) Canyon High and Reeves Hinger Elementary. 15 minute drive to beautiful Palo Duro Canyon and the play TEXAS. In a quiet neighborhood. Has full size washer and Dryer, hair dryers, Keurig duo coffee pot, dog run, and many other amenities.
