We were three girls on the trip. Our stay in the house was extraordinary. We were incredibly positively surprised by this magical gem, which was hidden behind olive trees and grapevines. The outdoor area was very nice, as was the interior, which had an Italian charm. I would love to come back here!

Fabio is super helpful in communications before arriving and Alessandro is super kind once you arrive: in short :') We were five adults and we had a great time! Comfortable beds, clean linens, everything you need in the kitchen and laundry, clean and spacious bathrooms... they were thoughtful so we could also find beach umbrellas! To make everything even more pleasant and relaxing there was the veranda with the beautiful view of the mountains. The location was strategic: 5 minutes to the very well-stocked supermarket in the village of Camaiore, about fifteen minutes from the beautiful seafront of Viareggio and a short distance from other cities such as Lucca. Alessandro is really friendly and kind, very helpful and timely in helping us even with the smallest problems. We highly recommend and can't wait to come back :)

Jacopo and Paola's response time to requests was extremely prompt. The communication was very pleasant and friendly. The entire apartment and its surroundings were characterized by a cozy atmosphere and a quiet environment. There were only two aspects that bothered us a bit. After turning on the climate/heat system, the lamps turned on and off repeatedly, and the lighting was inadequate to allow reading a book. It can be stated that the water pressure in the shower is to be classified as comparatively low. Regardless, we can make an unrestricted recommendation for the house and would use the property again at any time.

We had a lovely week. Unfortunately, the pool was much too cold around that time. In high summer, it will certainly give good cooling. The garden is a dog paradise. We were 11 adults. The 5 rooms were too few for this. The kitchen equipment was sufficient for 12 people. We were able to cook and barbecue extensively. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was not enough for everyone. Only the conventional method helped. The separate wine cabinet was used extensively by us. All in all a good place for Max. 10 adults and two young kids at a warm season.
