Cari ospiti, noi siamo Massimo e Roberta, abbiamo acquistato recentemente questo casolare risalente al 1800, circondato da castagni, vicino al paese di Pruno. Se volete immergervi nella natura questo è il luogo che fa per voi, troverete silenzio e tranquillità. Arriverete con l'auto in questa oasi di pace, accolti dall'ampia terrazza dove godrete del sole tutto il giorno, per finire ammirando il tramonto. Entrando il salottino con il camino d'inverno è molto intimo per leggere un libro .

Going ahead, a spacious bedroom with Queen size bed with its balcony and another bedroom with two single beds. Located in a strategic position, a few minutes away from the seaside and the city centre and just 4 kms away from the famous Forte Dei Marmi.

The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
