Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

A VILA MARIA LOFT by HOST-POINT é uma antiga casa totalmente recuperada e adaptada às exigências atuais de conforto. A Salty Soul é uma pequena casa de praia, construída nos anos 40, localizada na “Praia da Fonte da Telha”. Uma pequena vila piscatória, situada na extremidade sul da Costa da Caparica. A sua praia é caracterizada pela bela paisagem de areia branca, dunas ricas em vegetação e uma imponente arriba. Vila, que derivado à sua riqueza natural, está inserida numa área de paisagem protegida.

Studio apartment in Costa da Caparica, fully equipped, with free parking, and with a public transportations terminal with access to Lisbon, Cacilhas and Trafaria, among others. Beach, nightlife, restaurants are just a 5 minute walk. In the same Building you can find a pharmacy, coffee places, a news/stationary shop and an atm and a supermarket just a 2 min walk away.

Cabana Zojora

Cabana Zojora, originally a fisherman's cabana, located on the dunes of Costa da Caparica and facing the Atlantic Ocean for the past 70 years. The cabana has just been painstakingly restored plank by plank all the whilst maintaining its heritage feel and vibe.
