Completely restored with contemporary materials, composed of a floor with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the ground floor, an independent 35 m2 studio with a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is also a 300 m2 garden, a summer lounge, as well as an 8 m long heated slate pool, out of sight.

This typical Quercy house, over 200 years old, is a small haven of peace, ideal if you want to relax in peace, away from the city and adopt a simple lifestyle focused on nature. Montsalès is full of small shaded hiking trails that I will show you.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, has 2 bedrooms, a large living room with extra bed, equipped kitchen (oven, coffee maker, induction stove and everything you need to cook) It is equipped with Wi-Fi (fiber).
