Set within the rolling hills of Aveyron the property provides comfortable accommodation for 6 people. With its own large garden and sun terrace with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. There is a large heated private pool open during the Summer months. The bright and airy accommodation has an open plan living/dining area with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A great starting point for hiking and cycling. Villefranche with all its amenities is less than 15 minutes drive away.

The little ruin.

We offer our guests a lot of peace and space in a beautiful natural historically protected environment (Saut de la Mounine), 3 authentic stone houses from 1885, a private swimming pond, private parking, a large garden, furniture, barbecues, vegetable gardens, a herb garden, and a great view. We are happy to cook for you: breakfast, 3 course menu or a semi-prepared meal ready for you when you arrive. the beach on the river Lot is within walking distance, nice villages and markets to visit.

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. 5 minutes' drive to the historic center of Figeac, a city classified as a Great Occitania Site, in a soothing and quiet setting. We offer a fully equipped house, with views, above-ground pool, Jacuzzi (to be booked, at no extra cost) and many leisure activities (badminton, ping pong, soccer cage, 2 adult bikes, etc.).
