Modern New-Build Luxury Villa!

This villa, completed in 2025, leaves nothing to be desired. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an office. House features an oversized heated saltwater pool with jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, 4 fire pits, tiki hut. By arrangement and for an extra fee, the large boat lift can also be used. By boat, you can reach the river in 5 minutes without bridges. Pets are not allowed. Every room has a TV and an extra TV on Patio. Gas and electric is not included and will be charged at day of departure.

Welcome to Casa de Emma, our newly remodeled gulf access 3 bed- 2 bath vacation home. It does not get much better than the neighborhood our vacation villa is tucked into- some of Cape Coral's best restaurants are all within walking distance! Our house itself offers spacious bedrooms and a large outdoor area with heated pool and hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue as well as an outdoor deck, a large, kid-friendly backyard and a boat dock overlooking the canal.
