Julian and his family were very friendly and warm, Julian responded quickly to messages, a flexible check-in was possible. The apartment was very clean, very modern and newly furnished, and had an incredibly large amount of dishes, cooking utensils, coffee, tea, spices and even some food. There was some food and a few drinks waiting for us in the fridge - a welcome greeting from the hosts. The residential complex is monitored and kept very clean. You need a car if you live there. Around the residential complex it is rural and there is sometimes a lot of garbage around, which is not unusual in Albania. For this, the country captivates with its originality and authenticity. The beautiful long and wide beach (with occasional trash in the sand, but it was low season, presumably kept cleaner in the high season) is only 1-2 minutes walk away. All in all it was a beautiful stay, thank you Julian!

We had a lovely stay at Tea's. The house is fully equipped, cosy and pet friendly. The garden is spacious, Tea and her family were so kind to share with us pomegranades and grapes from the harvest of the garden. The shared terrace is very nice and faces directly the fenced garden making it ideal for pets too. It is a short walk to the beach, minimarkets and restaurants. During off peak season, I would recommend a car as some restaurants and shops may be closed, however there are nice agrotourism to explore in the area all year long. Communication was great, Tea was truly kind and responsive. Would definitely go back again.

I can’t recommend Kejsi’s place enough. The condo is brand new, impeccably maintained, and everything works perfectly. It’s peaceful and just a short walk to one of the most stunning beaches on the eastern Adriatic. From the apartment’s sun deck, you can even see the crystal-clear blue and emerald-colored sea through the beautiful majestic pines. The beach, nestled in a beautiful bay, stretches for several hundred meters and is entirely sandy. There’s also a nearby spa located in a luxurious 5-star hotel, which offers a generous discount for Kejsi’s guests. The spa itself is outstanding. For dining, the restaurant ‘Breeze’ serves a variety of delicious dishes, including freshly caught seafood straight from the morning catch. Whether you’re looking to relax or work in peace, Kejsi’s place offers the perfect environment

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The views are absolutely stunning, and the fresh air adds to the charm. The location is very convenient, being close to the beach, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything was very clean, and Roxher was incredibly kind, helpful, and always quick to respond!! The area is very safe, with great security and a peaceful residential vibe. Overall, it’s a wonderful place and excellent value for money. Highly recommended. I loved my stay here.
