Very nice home renovated with quality materials. Quiet and bucolic environment, close to the river. Jean Pierre and his wife are lovely and very caring hosts. We had a lovely weekend with family, 5 adults, 2 children and a baby and everything is done to accommodate all these beautiful people. Thank you for hosting us!

I had an excellent stay at Nadine's place. You feel right at home from the minute you walk in. The place was clean and so cozy and comfortable. Nadine was prompt and very helpful with recommendations and history of the town and nearby cities. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a great experience at a great place!

I highly recommend this flat if you are looking to stay in this area of Bordeaux. The apartment is really beautiful, quiet and comfortable! The outdoor space is really lovely. The apartment had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. We did misunderstand the parking situation, a misinterpretation of the translation. The posting said at request free parking may be available on the pavement. We took this to mean private parking on the property. The listing has already been updated to say road instead of pavement. To be clear, this means you find street parking wherever available nearby, and your license plate will be registered to cover the cost for the full days you are there. We intentionally booked the location based on our misunderstanding of private parking, and unfortunately our car was broken into, one of the windows smashed in. I do highly recommend this place! It was no fault of the hosts, just misunderstanding on our part. (Be careful where you park if you drive!)

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie's place. The location is perfect between Duras + Monsegur. It is just off a main road but you don't hear/see it, and the two houses nearby are very quiet, you don't really see anyone. we could sleep with the windows open because of the mosquito nets at the windows, and it's quiet every morning. The space inside was very big for a family of 4, the kitchen better equipped than any B+B I have ever stayed in. The pool had a small problem during our stay and Debbie responded immediately. The decking around the pool is slightly uneven, just to be aware with small children.

We felt right at home once we unpacked our stuff The house is very spacious, space for everyone with charming bcp The large kitchen is perfect and the outside invites relaxation and bbq The hot tub is also very pleasant on the edge of the tall grass field I would recommend it without hesitation!!!! Iris is very nice and responsive and accommodating

We had a pleasant stay at Alexis's place. It is very well located, close to the tram, 5/10 min walk to the shopping center of Bègles ... and its market on Saturday. Even though there is no parking and the accommodation is in the blue zone, parking spaces (outside the blue zone) are very easy to find in the surrounding streets. The accommodation is in a very quiet building and is well equipped for a week-long stay. We enjoyed and recommend this accommodation very close by tram to Bordeaux

The AirBnB is beautiful - it was as described and how it looked in the photos. It was extremely well equipped too and very well thought out. It was easy to find and Nora, the host, was on hand for an early check in luckily. It does require a car but anywhere in the area would. You could probably walk into Pellegrue but you would be walking on high speed roads without pavements. The villa has beautiful views to wake up to too. My only recommendation would be to bring a sleep mask if you personally need total blackout - the natural sunlight does peek through the shutters but the rooms are still somewhat dark (although my toddler did not wake early despite doing so at home if her room is not pitch-black). Nora was a great host! She was able to provide a second travel cot without any trouble when asked. She responded super quickly and was amenable throughout our entire stay. Would recommend and would return in the height of summer to this beautiful place.

We loved our stay at Jean Michel’s so much. Our experience at his beautiful, traditional, authentic family home nestled into the beautiful hills of Bordeaux was exactly what we love about experiencing local culture. Jean Michel met us at his home on our time table and showed us how everything worked in his home so we were comfortable and at home right away. What a lovely experience we recommend to anyone that wants to live the real Bordeaux 🍇
