The epitome of HYGGE! Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. This listed & stylishly restored flat has a comfy kingsize bed, bathroom w rain shower/modern kitchen/cozy living room & walk-in closet. Our guests tell us they love this rare garden apartment but the quiet all private yard is what makes it so unique. Vores toværelses lejlighed ligger på Islands Brygge i byggeri fra 2005. Den ligger ved Bryggebroen i gåafstand til Rådhuspladsen og indre by. Kun 300 meter til havnebussen. Strand samt havnebad indenfor en kilometer. Cirka 500 meter til Fisketorvet, som byder på gode indkøbsmuligheder. 3 timers parkering ved ejendommen fra kl 08.00 - 19.00 med fri parkering i weekender. Parkeringshus med betalingsparkering indenfor 200 meter. Stort soveværelse med dobbeltseng. Møbleret altan med vandudsigt.

Nyd det simple liv i fredfyldt og centralt beliggende oase. Midt i det københavnske latiner kvarter, ligger denne gemte perle i et baghus med tilhørende lille privat have. Boligen er totalt nyistandsat, alt inventar er nyt. En stue med vinduer mod den brostens belagte gård, med grønne træer, privat cykel parkering (til 2 cykler) og privat soveværelse med udgang til haven. I stuen en ny sovesofa og en dedikeret arbejdsplads. Lejligheden er egnet til den lille familie, eller 3 "gode" venner.

City center, luksus og charme for 2 personer.

Charmerende luksus city lejlighed for et par (1 dobbeltseng) i gammel ejendom (købmandsbutik) fra 1900-talet, lige over for det gamle Kommunehospitalet, som nu er et universitet. Der er egen indgang under et lille træ, krukker og kaffe-latte-bænk foran. Det er en stille, solrig, ensrettet gade, med kig ned til søerne i den ene ende af gaden og Botanisk have’s drivhus i den anden ende af gaden. 2 min. til Stantsmuseum for kunst, stor park Østeranlæg. 4 min.gang til Nørreport station/metro.

Dejlig lejlighed på 64 kvm. i større hus med egen indgang. Gratis parkering ved huset. Dejlig stor udestue der hører til lejligheden, lille køkken eget badeværelse og eget soveværelse. Helt ny luksus seng fra auping 160 cm bred. Lejligheden ligger tæt på havnen, 700 m fra stationen og med folkeparken i baghaven. dejlig have som man er velkommen til at bruge. Der er gulvvarme i udestuen foruden biopejsen så hele lejligheden er lun og varm om vinteren. God rabat ved længerevarende ophold.

Velindrettet 2-værelses lejlighed på 59 kvadratmeter beliggende i roligt kvarter på Østerbro (klimakvarteret). Lejligheden ligger i højt stueplan (ugeneret). Der er fransk altan i soveværelset, som vender ud mod gårdmiljø med borde og bænke og mulighed for at grille om sommeren. Lejligheden er ideel til 2 gæster, og der er mulig for opredning til en ekstra gæst på sovesofaen i stuen. Fælledparken ligger i nærheden af lejligheden. Der er også gode bus- og metroforbindelser til centrum.
