Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst. Morgenmad kan tilkøbes.

Huset ligger i Borre med 6 km til Møns klint og 4 km til badestrand for enden af Kobbelgårdsvej. Der er to cykler til fri afbenyttelse til ture rundt i den skønne mønske natur.
