What a beautiful place! Even better than advertised. Lidia made it simple to find the place and met me there to give me the key and show me around. It is literally less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and dozens of restaurants and bars, two grocery stores, and boutique shops. Lidia supplied a variety of breakfast items. Stayed 3 nights, would happily stay longer. One of the best AirB&B’s I have used. Thank you, Lidia

We were able to make a very last-minute reservation to stay at Terry's Airbnb earlier this month. The space was absolutely wonderful! It's in a very peaceful setting and the apartment is extremely well appointed and very clean. Terry made us feel very much at home. She even had AMAZING home baked bread and incredible olive oil waiting for us when we checked in. She also had the home stocked with cereal, milk, coffee, etc. It was just perfect. The home is extremely spacious with a living/dining/kitchen area, as well as a bedroom and bathroom. On site laundry was also available for a very small fee. The home is also stocked with books and games. Terry is a truly amazing and welcoming host and we love the opportunity to stay at her home in the future.

Enrica proved to be an exquisite person. She was welcoming and available for all requests. She was interested in my travel difficulties with kind participation. Available at all times. The house is very clean, cozy, well furnished, very nice and equipped with everything. Surely, if necessary, I will repeat the experience. I highly recommend it. I forgot to mention that it is located in the center of the city and very close to the train station.

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Andrea is a fantastic host, the stay was impeccable and communications easy and timely, not least he perfectly managed an inconvenience created by the person who was staying with me.

The house and location are simply a dream! Thank you very much, dear Christine and dear Christian, for making this beautiful place available to us! We spent a week with our little daughter (2 years) in this fantastic house and enjoyed every minute. The surrounding attractions are fantastic, and the large garden invites you to relax and linger. Communication was excellent. Stephanie, our local contact person, welcomed us warmly, explained everything to us in detail and was always available to answer any questions. She also had great tips for grocery stores. Christine was also there with her family for a few days, and it was a pleasure to meet her. It was exciting to learn more about the history of the house. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this vacation home! Thanks for everything!

Leonardo's house is very beautiful and recently renovated. Functional spaces. Located in the center of Sutri, it offers the possibility to move around easily on foot in the historic center. Leonardo is a present and responsive host in communication. In short, everything was perfect! Absolutely recommended

Leonella is a wonderful homeowner. From check-in to check-out, it will guide you step by step, with extreme kindness and availability, at every hour. The apartment is located in the heart of a very quiet street. It's also really stocked with everything. From the kitchen with various utensils and crockery, to the washing machine. One of the best B&Bs I've stayed in. Thank you!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

The house is as beautiful as in the pictures. It is also very pleasant to live in. The large pool is a delight for young and old. The fully fenced grounds are a real plus, our dog was able to explore the premises independently. Everything is done to ensure that visitors have a wonderful vacation. We also took advantage of the olive oil and fresh vegetables brought by the next market gardener. Catharine is a lovely host and very available. We'll be back!

Large and very nice villa. The road to the entrance is a little bumpy, but otherwise an oasis of peace.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

What a charming home and town! We immediately felt right at home. Vittorio is such the perfect host. He brought us to the home, showed us where to park, recommended places in the town and nearby. Even shared sweets that his grandmother used to give him when he was a child. Honestly, it was just perfect. Cannot wait to visit that town again and stay in his home again. Just be aware as it is in the medieval quarters, you do have to walk a bit to get to the front door. But do book this place.

Alessandra is a very thoughtful host, she presents the house in person showing it and handing over the keys. A new apartment, very nice and comfortable, chosen for a weekend of work at the Vallelungaautodromo (it's only a 3-minute drive). I'll be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this home. It’s very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is totally set up if you wished to cook.

Marcella is a wonderful hostess and the apartment was perfect for our two families. The apartment terrace is especially unique - it provides wonderful views and a sense of privacy to enjoy the beautiful Tuscan landscape. The pool and the grounds are also wonderful for kids.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Krisztina and Lucio are two wonderful hosts, very kind and available from the first phone communications, flexible in schedules, they were able to recommend restaurants and places to visit. We were 4 friends for a weekend and we felt really pampered! The small village where the farmhouse is located is a postcard spot, just 15 minutes by car from Lake Trasimeno and other typical villages. The apartment has every detail, comfortable, elegant and traditional.

we had a great time and will definitely be back. I recommend this accommodation because the place is beautiful and you can easily reach the main cities of interest, we found kindness and organization it was very nice to meet Annarita and her husband welcomed us in the best way.

Excellent, newly renovated clean apartment, modern and minimalistic style, we love it, and will definitely come again. Its at the very centre and we arrived late on Busy Friday night, we struggled to get 1 parking but the next day we are lucky to find 1 parking just down the house. And the cats Xxxxx
