Elegant apartment located inside Villa Rosa, an historic residence dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, close to the center of Iseo and 100 meters from the lake. The ideal place to spend some days in complete harmony with yourself. Surrounded by other vintage villas, the house is centrally located but very quiet, not far from the railway line that allows you to travel to Milan, Brescia or Franciacorta. It has a private garden with a dining area.

Our villa of about 135 sqm is located on a single floor, is equipped with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (one of which is also for the disabled), a bright kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed that overlook two large terraces. The tourist tax is to be paid on site and is an extra cost of €2.80 per day for both adults and children over 14 years of age (free after the seventh day).
