Simple and convenient

Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

Located 5 km from the Domaine de Ronsac, specializing in weddings. Accommodation for 2 adults or 3 if requested (baby or child up to 10 years old).

In the heart of the Lauragais, in the middle of the sunflower fields and away from the village, in a preserved and serene setting, come and explore a haven of serenity. This recently renovated Lauragais residence, steeped in history, perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear and modern amenities. You will stay in the 80 m² cottage which is adjoining our house, surrounded by cats, horses and chickens. Privacy is preserved with our separate outdoor areas.

It is located 28 minutes from Balma Gramont metro station, terminus of line A of the Toulouse metro, 1 hour from the cities of Albi and Carcassonne.

Ideally located for visits to Toulouse, Revel, Carcassonne. Canal du Midi 7 km away.

I like to receive and welcome travelers, exchange, share, communicate with them and share my knowledge of Toulouse: the narrow streets, the small squares, the banks of the Garonne, the Canal du Midi… I can help you find your way around. I will do everything to make you feel at home in my apartment: it is bright and very quiet. (Please note: the kitchen is not equipped with a microwave oven).

Enjoy a home located on the banks of the Garonne, in the heart of Toulouse, bright and with unobstructed views. Close to tourist attractions and places to go out, you can visit Toulouse on foot. A nearby bar can generate noise on some evenings, but our double glazed windows installed in November 2025 allow for good insulation. If necessary, earplugs are also provided. During the day the accommodation is quiet.

Studio near Toulouse

Cozy studio, fully equipped, located on the ground floor of my house, in a nice little village near Saint-Orens. Local shops (150 m): grocery store, goat cheese shop, pharmacy, tobacco-restaurant, hairdresser, medical center, cinema... Walking paths. 15 min Cité de l'Espace, 10 min Labège Innopole, 10 min Toulouse East bypass.
