One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Appartamento comodo ed accogliente, immerso nel verde del bellissimo parco del Talvera, con piste ciclabili e meravigliose passeggiate lungo il fiume. Proprio di fronte, troviamo il Museo d’arte moderna e contemporanea. In due minuti a piedi si raggiunge inoltre il Museo Archeologico dell’Alto Adige, dove è conservato Oetzi, l’uomo venuto dai ghiacci e siamo quindi nel cuore della città, con il suo centro storico, i suoi portici e locali caratteristici.

VERDE ACQUA è una dimora antica tutelata dalle belle arti appena ristrutturata. Questa elegante sistemazione si trova in un piccolo e caratteristico borgo circondato dal verde a due passi dal lago. L'appartamento VERDE è al secondo piano ed è composto da un bagno completo e finestrato, una ampia zona giorno con divano letto e da una grande camera da letto con divano e una incantevole vista sul lago.
