"CHEZ GINOU" The house by the lake

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

Lovers of nature and calm, come and relax in our small pavilion completely renovated in the heart of the pine forest which is ideally located on the dune that borders the lake of Carcans Maubuisson area of Bombannes UCPA (less than 1km) and Carcans Ocean (3,5km) in a quiet residential area without opposite and with its garden of 200m2 (adjoining on one side completely independent), very good exposure. Located 600 m from Lake Hourtin, its beach and the city center, our accommodation is also 10 min from the ocean.
