The house "Côté château" is in a pedestrian street, there is 5 minutes walking to the Cité and 800 meters to the Bastide (downtown of the Cité). The house is completly eqquiped for a conveniant and enjoyable stay for young and old alike. Two little patios enable to eat the breakfast or have an aperitif. The kitchen is eqquiped with a frige-freezer, induction hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, oven, microwave, cafetiere, kettle. There are in the house lots of games, books, DVD's.

Right in the city center, renovated building facing the town hall, I offer 1 entire floor composed of 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds), a bathroom, toilet with a SPA bath (jacuzzi). In the upper floors, private kitchen giving access to the Veranda overlooking the rooftops of the city of Carcassonne and exceptional views of the Medieval City for lunch or drink. Municipal parking 3 minutes away, train station 5 minutes away, pedestrian street with many shops.

I study them because

The studio is one step from the river, two from the Bastide and three from the City. It is completely independent and has a garage. Everything is done to make it a real cozy nest, warm . The decoration is neat. The kitchenette is equipped with the necessary equipment. The bathroom has a walk in shower. There are storage areas. The bedding is fluffy. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun or take a nap. New: There is air conditioning!!!

Located at the foot of the medieval city of Carcassone and in a quiet area, our apartment provides all the comforts for a pleasant stay in the region. Enjoy the city of Carcassonne (June and July festival), Cathar castles, the Canal du Midi, spend pleasant moments in the black mountain, go around the vineyards (Minervois, Corbiére, Fitou,...) or a day at the sea... We do not have parking but parking is free in the neighborhood.
