The ocean beaches (Mimizan, Contis, Lespecier...) are 45min away by car.

The accommodation is 2 kilometers from the city center of Mont de Marsan and 5 minutes from the main roads for your excursions (Beach 1 hour 10 minutes/Spain 1 hour 30 minutes).
