House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

Hi, I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the property, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms upstairs, bathroom, separate toilet and small garden.
