Monthly Rentals in Cardano

The property is located above Bolzano with a beautiful view of the city and the mountains (Latemar, Rosengarten). The apartment is very spacious and has plenty of space. For activities in the surroundings of Bolzano, it is best to use your own car. Public transport is also accessible, but only runs every hour. Communication with Martine was quick and very friendly. We can fully recommend this quiet spot in the mountains.

The space is lovingly and detailed with an exciting design. We felt comfortable despite the nearby location to the street, the noises were no problem for us. The housekeeper was super nice and we were very happy to be able to use the washing machine. The only small drawback for us was that the apartment quickly heated up due to the wooden trim and our air conditioning did not have as much power. If you don't have a problem with warmth, this place is highly recommended!

Very quiet and Elmar's family is incredibly nice. Elmar's son even fixed something on the car for me, really very nice family. Location is very quiet, just as it says in the description.

We had a wonderful time in Bolzano. The apartment is really beautiful and spacious and is in easy walking distance from the train station. There are many restaurants and shopping areas near by. There are so many things to do and see here. Franziska is a wonderful host so warm, friendly, responsive and flexible. Thank you Franziska you made our experience in Bolzano very special.
