Cosy cottage (Pen Lon Las) is part of the east wing of Albro Castle workhouse situated in its own valley overlooking the Teifi Estuary. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with the start of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path at the end of our lane. Poppit beach is a 15 minutes walk away and the Preseli Mountains a 20 minute drive. St.Dogmaels is a pretty village with a local produce market every Tuesday, brilliantly stocked shop for essentials and the Ferry Inn pub just a 5 minute walk form us.

This former hay barn has been lovingly restored into a cosy rural retreat with 1 double bed & single futon, bathroom, livingroom/kitchen with woodburner, & fenced garden. Suitable for single travelers, couples & creatives. We can accommodate babies & small children, travel cot & highchair on request. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Bwthyn Bran is well equipped, with freshly laundered bedding and towels provided.

Set within its own plot within the National Park with spectacular views over Newport Bay, Parrog, Nevern Estuary and the Preseli Mountains, it is ideally placed for exploring the stunning coast and countryside of Pembrokeshire. It has a pretty garden and seating area and parking for 2+ cars, there is also room for a small boat in the driveway if needed.

The cottage is part of a 9-acre ex dairy farm. We live in the 200 year old Farm House next door. Excellent base for exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast with some of Britain’s best beaches.
