Nestled in a basin between the enchanting Dolomite peaks, such as the Sassolungo, Catinaccio-Rosengarten, Latemar, Monzoni and Bocche groups, our house is located in Moena in the heart of Val di Fassa at 1250 meters above sea level. Ten minutes from the center on foot, the house enjoys a privileged panoramic and quiet position, an excellent starting point for trips and numerous excursions a few hundred meters from the entrance of the Provincial State Road.

Three-room apartment of 70sqm on the ground floor. Large wooden living room, renovated in fall 2019 with double sofa bed, with flat screen TV, well-equipped electric kitchenette with microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer and kettle, dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one has a service bathroom, one double and one triple, bathroom renovated in 2015 with shower, hair dryer and washing machine. Large terrace with chairs, small table and deck chairs and clothesline.

The apartment is in Pera - San Giovanni di Fassa. Ground floor; with kitchen-living room, 3rd bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Private parking, garden, place for ski storage. Quiet area, close to the chairlifts that lead to the Catinaccio ski area and near Pozza. We are close to the Skibus and Trentino Trasporti stop. Depending on the number of guests, we reserve the right to close some rooms (e.g. for one person we leave a bathroom and a room)

My flat is situated in the Grand Hotel Carezza complex, a historical 19th century building chosen as a summer residence by Empress Elisabeth of Austria (Sissi). In winter time there are more than 40 km of ski slopes while in the summer it offers lovely walks in the woods, horseback riding, mountain bike and cycling, tennis courts and a golf course.
