For the more adventurous we are a short drive to great mountain biking routes at Innerleithen and Peebles. Melrose & Tweedbank railway station is a 10 min drive, Edinburgh is just under an hour away.

Mrs Moll's Cottage

This cosy country cottage is set on a beautiful farm in the Scottish Borders but is only 30miles south of Edinburgh and 15 minutes from amenities and historical attractions in local towns. Legerwood Farm has been in the family for 4 generations. This cottage was lived in by Mrs Moll, the farm's dairy woman in the 1950's. It has been lovingly restored into a cosy country cottage, perfect for a small family or a romantic get away but has all the home comforts needed for a comfortable stay.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The Bothy at Dod Mill is a studio-style barn conversion for 1-4 guests, near the Royal Burgh of Lauder in the Scottish Borders. The property has been interior-designed with modern, rustic styling.
