With a large furnished terrace of 130 m² and a gas barbecue, you can make beautiful meals. The pool is heated year-round. This house has been entirely designed to offer a dream vacation turned towards laziness, sharing and the sweetness of life. The kitchen and dining room have been designed to spend time in, they are spacious, very well equipped; a large table inviting late breakfasts and dinners. The kitchen serves the outdoor space in which you are very likely to spend the most time: large convivial table, relaxation area and especially a view of a field of olive trees. You will particularly appreciate the sunsets... You will find 3 bedrooms with private shower rooms and a large mezzanine. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 190 m2 villa in a very good location with sea and mountain views. Beach and city center within a 10-minute walk. Heated pool and petanque court 1 tennis court in the subdivision. 4 bedrooms 4 double beds + 1 single 1 sofa bed for two people. Ideal for one or two families wishing to share their vacation. The house is divided into 2 units, each with their own entrance and individual space. Ultra-comfortable.
