Das Architekten Reihenhaus wurde 2021 errichtet und bietet in unmittelbarer Nähe zum See, Wohnraum auf 3 Etagen mit davor gelagerter Terrasse und Garten. Das Wohnzimmer sowie die Küche und ein Bad befinden sich im Erdgeschoß. Die Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer liegen im Obergeschoss. Das Dachgeschoss gibt Zugang zur Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Berge. Der Keller beinhaltet einen großzügigen Spiel- und Fitnessraum! Das Niedrigenergiehaus ist immer kühl und benötigt keine Klimaanlage.

The townhouse about 100 m2 is located at the foot of the Gerlitzen-Alpe ski resort near the Ossiachersee Wörthersee, Faakersee,and the town of Villach. The idyllically located Afritzersee and Millstättersee are also nearby. The house is tastefully furnished, with an open-plan living-kitchen area, a covered terrace with a small flower garden, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a large box spring double bed, one with a smaller double bed. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the door.

It is a newly built log cabin of 128 m2, which is also used privately for yoga/seminars. It is very stylishly and lovingly furnished and we want mindful guests who appreciate exactly that, non-smokers, who are not looking for a party location. The surrounding area offers everything: from the lake, cross-country skiing, bike paths over local mountains once 1700 and 2300 meters to the starting point for Italy, Slovenia. Klagenfurt is 18 minutes away by car. Children only on request

The basement includes a generous game and gym! The low-energy house is always cool and doesn't need air conditioning.
