House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house on the lake, my personal lifelong dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism, in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake, surrounded by forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fireplaces, sauna, your own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything... so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

You will find the ideal retreat in an undisturbed and idyllic location for family and friends, surrounded by lakes and mountains in southern Carinthia, right here. The large and spacious house in a rustic country house style, with its own large terrace and garden with mountain views, consists of two floors and five bedrooms and offers enough space for up to 10 people. People who value their privacy will appreciate this house. Nevertheless, there are all kinds of activities within easy reach.

Nice and quiet guesthouse located on the top of the mountain with beautiful sunsets and the view of the lake in the distance. We are at the end of a 2km private road that brings you up the mountain and in to the property. The property consists of 3 buildings; the owners house, the farm and of course our Secret Mountain Guesthouse. We have 11 rooms for rent all with their recently renovated private bathrooms and most of them with a private kitchen. Great hikes and bike rides all around.
