The Hotel is in the Centre of Bad Gastein and in walking distance to the skilift. Several Bars, Pubs and Restaurants are also close. The apartment has one bedroom and one living room, 25-30 qm with a fully equipped kitchen. It is also possible to have breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The Hotel has a bar, fitness centre and wellness area (pool, whirlpool, steaming room, quiet area) to relax after long skiing day. Tax of 4,50 € has to be paid per person & per day direct to the Hotel.

Das Apartment Citrin befindet sich im Ferienhaus "Kathi´s Juwel" im Herzen von Seeboden. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß des Hauses und besticht durch ihre lichtdurchfluteten Zimmer. Das Highlight ist das Badezimmer mit seinem extravaganten Design, wo jeder Zentimeter perfekt ausgenutzt wurde. Für Gäste stehen genügend Parkplätze im Hof am Grundstück zur Verfügung. Das Apartment ist, sehr zentral gelegen. Man erreicht den See, den Hauptplatz und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Gehminuten.

Das Appartement hat direkten Pistenzugang. Vom Garten die atemberaubende Aussicht genießen. Im Hotel nebenan kann der Wellnessbereich um 25€ genutzt werden. Erreichbar mit dem Auto über die Mautstrasse mit Vignette von mir oder mit der Gondel.

There is a separate area with its own bathing jetty, only for guests of the apartment house. The other area is shared with hotel guests. The village centre with localities and shops is only a few metres away.
