To the north, from the terrace, you have a clear view of the Gerlitze skiing area, to the south, from the balcony, you can see "our local mountain" Mittagskogel. Faak am See is only a 10-minute drive from the Villach traffic hub. In summer, this region offers countless opportunities for swimming and hiking, and in winter, skiing in the border triangle.

The 4 double rooms have been redesigned into colorful themed rooms, with some of the furniture preserved and adapted in color and accented with existing or new accessories.
