Monthly Rentals in Carlisle

Second time staying here and it was just as cozy as the first time!

Easy to find, and the apt was clean and clutter free however the neighbors and area in general it was really noisy, the kids across the sidewalk threw wads of wet paper towels at the door, the apt and the windows upstairs (someone else’s house). Yes massive spitballs… lol they also threw half full Powerade bottles at the door… scaring the s*** out of me… and a bowl of spaghetti right in front of the door… I assume an animal ate it lol without the kids being a nuisance the place was perfectly fine. Beds were comfy, even extra sheets and towels… but maybe a few thick rugs or something would absorb the noise? After 11-12 at night it was quiet 99% of the time.

I stayed here for a week of work. Easy drive to Moraine. The cottage was perfect, and had everything I needed. Zella was a gracious hostess, and gave me some homemade cookies for my travel home. I have to travel for work here again in a couple months. I hope there will be availability, so I can stay again!

Nice place! Excellent location to walk around town and good local restaurants! Unfortunately, and/or may have been a formality but around 2AM the neighbors and/or the bar patrons were loud/fighting in the alley beside the place. It only lasted for about 15-20 minutes but definitely woke us up.
