Monthly Rentals in Carlton Beach

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little cottage. Peaceful and beautiful location great for a base to visit many local tourist destinations . Jodie was warm and welcoming which added to our stay. She also accommodated a big ask from us with warm generosity for which we are most grateful.

A lovely and very well priced stay in the beachside town of Dodges Ferry. Local shop has good variety of food if you forget something from Sorell supermarket, also a daily supply of fresh bread from yummy Hobart bakeries. The local cafes near Park Beach serve decent coffee, and the beaches are lovely in all weather. The main bedroom is lovely but very light in the mornings if you are a light sleeper, also no wall between main bedroom and kitchen/lounge area- very open and airy which has its pros and cons. Not a problem, just something to be aware of as may not suit everyone. Excellent sunken 'den' and room with double bed, which our teen loved. We visited in Autumn and had a lot of fun, would be a great place to stay at in summer too. We would would stay here again if looking for accommodation in the area.

What a perfect place to stay during holidays 😍 Really loved the place and beautiful scenes from the backyard. The place was extremely clean and well organised. We didn’t need to contact the host for anything. One of the best Airbnb places we’ve stayed. Would recommend this lovely and cozy place to anyone.
