We stayed for almost a month at Luiz Vicente's house. There is no better place for those who want to forget the stress of everyday life. The beach is literally in front of the house. I'll be back as soon as I can. Everything clean and organized.

For the second year we stayed in Amarildo's apartment, and we were extremely satisfied, my family and I, their space is getting better and better, new furniture, air in the two rooms which gave us even more quality in the stay, the environment is always very clean and airy, for sure next year we will be there again, remembering that Maristela who welcomed us is very sweet and kind. The place is exactly as advertised. Everything was very clean and organized and all the information was provided both at the entrance and the exit...The stay was excellent. I recommend the location. I will definitely return there when I go to matinhos!!!

We loved the house, we were in 4 old couples, it was the best choice, big house, great rooms, everything working perfectly, everything very practical, the sea view is spectacular from the bedrooms and the living room!!! Your Tito was a love every day we need 🙏🙏 We are sure to return soon

wonderful space. all in very good taste. kitchen utensils for everything, we were in 06 served us with total comfort. sobrado offers bath and bed suits, which makes it much easier. the garment extension on the upper floor of the condominium made it very easy to be well ventilated and with perfect sun position. the beach is fascinating. clean and calm waters. a good space of sand. in the area of commerce are farther away in need of a car. very cute place with condominium monitoring, which gives comfort. we intend to return as soon as possible

Super comfortable house were 13 people in total and it was quiet cozy and airy house, next to the beach the host was very attentive gave all the necessary instructions I recommend and when we return to the city for sure we will prioritize this stay!

It was pleasant days and the place corresponds to the listing... I recommend... near the sea and with a very tasty pool... A single observation: it could have a microwave.

We had some occasional problems on arrival, but we were promptly and kindly answered by Sandra, local contact informed in the property itself. The location is quiet and the space is quite pleasant.

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! Beautiful house, beautiful place, it matches the description and photos, really the rooms are bigger and more comfortable than what is observed in the photos. We were family, and there were many, we were super comfortable, the house is ready with everything to welcome many people. The access to the beach is a meters away, the place is very quiet. Arnaldo received us in an excellent way and was always available for what we needed. Excellent place, we have a beautiful family vacation.

Ideal house for three families, it looks just as it is in the photos. Very practical the distance to the beach with entrance in front, the terrace is beautiful and the sea is very nice. I recommend!
