Monthly Rentals in Carnuel

This stay was quite a shock when we walked in the door; it is huge!! The house is 2,500 square feet of open spaces inside and great amounts of privacy from the outside world. Not a whole lot of interior furniture at the time of our stay (April of ‘25), but what was there provided a comfortable and homey atmosphere. Sadly, we did not receive check-in or check-out instructions before we arrived at the location, so I had to contact the host to know how to get in. Nonetheless, she answered promptly and gave clear instructions once she was aware. The garage parking was a huge selling point for me; the neighborhood seems quite affluent and felt very safe. This place is an absolute steal at the price, so I’d recommend booking this place while the prices are are great!

Jen's communication was great. It was super easy to get in. Neighborhood was quiet and walkable. The apt was squeeky clean and had everything we needed. Appreciated the hand-written note and chocolates. I would stay again and would recommend it to others.

Loved the location near I-40 and foothills trailheads. Great for enjoying the sunset, too. We enjoyed how spacious the home is, and everything went very smoothly. We will be back!

My husband, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Raven’s Nest. Our host, Christopher, provided a lovely loft with gorgeous artwork, comfy beds, and all the amenities you could want. The location was amazing; private but only about 20-25 minutes from restaurants and shops. We hope to visit here again and 100% recommend The Raven’s Nest to others.
