I loved staying at this home. I had an extended stay due to moving to the area, and Steven was responsive and worked with me to extend my stay twice. This home is adorable. It was well stocked and decorated adorably. They even set up treats for my pups and had a hot chocolate station. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

I grew up in (Ithaca) and come back to visit often. Kim‘s place was a great find as my niece owns property in the Brooktondale area. I especially loved being a short walk from the small town market. They have live music and so many great beers on tap. The house was exactly my style… Historic and charming. Plenty of space for two couples or a family. The soaking tub was especially luxurious and sitting out on the front porch at sunset with a glass of wine was extra special.
