This completely refurbished gîte offers a garden with a terrace. Quiet with private entrance, everything nearby (restaurants, shops, buses). PLEASE NOTE, vans cannot enter (parking nearby).

You will stay in a nice independent mezzanine studio, fully equipped, adjoining my house. Access is secured by a gate and keypad and you can park inside the property. You access it via an external staircase. This comfortable studio is quiet and bright with a view of the unoverlooked garden. You have an equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking essentials and a beautiful bathroom with large shower and toilet.
