New modern house, heated pool and walking distance to the beach 'plage du Pradon'. The villa is also on a hill with a view of the peninsula 'presqu'ile de Giens'. The upper level has the kitchen / living / master bed and bath. A large outdoor patio gives on to the pool . Master bed is 200x200. Downstairs on the lower level, 3 guest bedrooms give on to a large wooden deck and a sand field to enjoy relaxing and play games. Beds are 140x190, 130x200 and the 3 single beds are 85x190
