Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Cosy 35 m² studio on the 2nd floor of a secure residence (digital code, intercom). Open space with double bed, dining area, TV, equipped kitchenette and bathroom with bathtub. Private terrace with synthetic lawn, table and chairs. Wi-Fi, linen provided and private parking. RER A & line J by bus (stop at the foot) in 2 min – Arc de Triomphe & Saint-Lazare in ~20 min. Convenience store and park for bike rides/jogging close by, Seine 100 m away. Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out before 11 a.m.

2-room apartment with entrance, equipped kitchen and shower room with toilet (43 m2), COMPLETELY RENOVATED. 3rd and last floor, not overlooked (no elevator). Apartment located in the heart of Croissy-sur-Seine. Access to the entire house. Located 30 minutes from Paris by public transport, close to Versailles, and many shops and restaurants. If you want to get to Paris by Regional Express Network, 2 buses (D and E) at the very foot of the building take you to the station in 8 minutes.

Located in the Hyper Center, my best advertising are comments. Cleanliness is a priority ( protocol covid) Do not confuse, Saint Germain en Laye (small town located at 20 minutes by RER from of Paris) and Saint Germain des près. It's very quiet and safe. Nice apt 53 located at 5 minutes by foot from the subway. Very close from everthing (shops, food, restaurants, supermarket, banks, bar .).Thank you to return my appartment clean and please to take care to the household linen

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Pleasant exterior. 1 double bed + 1 extra bed for 1 person. 3 minutes from all amenities (shops, pharmacy, tobacco store). A 10-minute walk from the "Acheres ville" train station to get to Paris. Wi-Fi, TV... everything is available (coffee machine, plancha, raclette grill (2 people) equipped kitchen) forest for a short walk just behind the apartment.
