El Rompido. Charming townhouse

This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

My house in Isla Canela is an ideal destination for vacation rental. It offers a unique experience for families, with a private heated pool and views of the marshes, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. As a semi-detached villa on a 500m2 plot, it provides privacy and amenities similar to those of the home. In addition, the location in Isla Canela offers golf options, delicious local food, and stunning beaches, ensuring an unforgettable vacation for my guests.

A 130 m2 townhouse with 2 floors, BEACHFRONT DEVELOPMENT and a large community pool, with AIR CONDITIONING, HEATING and ceiling fans. Located in the quietest area of El Rompido and right on the beach. It has INTERNET and a 65" Smart TV There is a KAYAK (with capacity for 2 adults and 1 child) and a PADDLE SURF board, to take rides along the Rompido estuary, fish or even do yoga on the Paddle Surf.

The house is in the town of Rompido, 600 meters from the PLAZA de las SIRENAS, very close to the school in the PUNTA CORAL area. You can walk down to the town or park in one of the two car parks that are located in the town. The town center becomes pedestrianized in summer. From the house you can make routes by bicycle or on foot because El Rompido is in a natural setting.
