Lovely home in the center of Rome, Fabrizia.

Lovely apartment in Piazza San Giovanni, in the center of Rome, it is possible to reach in 10/15 minutes historical places and monuments such as the Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Venezia.The house is located on the second floor of an elegant and modern building, the house is composed of living room with kitchen area, sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom with large shower and a beautiful terrace.The environment is characterized by elegance, attention to detail and modern / vintage functional style.

The Loft on the Lake

Charming loft of about 38 square meters consisting of a single room with kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, window with a view of the lake and mezzanine with wooden futon double bed; the bathroom is covered in terracotta and slate, shower cabin and hairdryer. Located in the lower part of the historic village, Il Loft del Lago is located 50 meters from Piazza del Molo and 20 meters from Piazza del Lavatoio, a few meters from restaurants and clubs, very close to the lakeside beach.

CasaCucù

Casa Cucù is part of a cosy housing estate in a calm, authentic Italian residential area. It’s only 10 minutes away (600mtr), on foot, from the lake and the historical centre of Anguillara Sabazia. There is everything to make your stay possible: cutlery, kitchenware, sheets and towels; soap and detersives; oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. The apartment has two homely and cosy rooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a garden shared by the main house. Children under the age of 12 don’t pay.

Cozy Home Rome

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

A unique apartment located on the first floor of Palazzo Alibrandi (16th century), in a quiet piazza adjacent to Campo dei Fiori. Having passed the beautiful inner courtyard, the apartment unfolds into a large entrance with frescoed walls and a prestigious Art Deco glass panel. The recently renovated private suite has 6-meter coffered ceilings and fine furnishings. From the window, you can access a balcony overlooking the piazza. A €50 cleaning fee must be paid during your stay.

Bright & warm in winter, cool in summer. PLEASE NOTE this property is located 8 km from the Colosseum, so it is not in the city-centre. It is anyhow easily reachable by bus and underground. You'll find: hairdryer, washer, dishwasher, wi-fi, micro-wave, air-conditioning, private secured car-parking for 1 car

Just 30 km from Rome and 5 minutes from Lake Bracciano is the farm Casali dell 'Olmo, within a 100ha organic farm. It is a perfect destination for those who want to relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the lake and its surroundings, but at the same time well connected to the center of Rome by a metro train service. The farm consists of 8 independent apartments of about 70 square meters, each equipped with an outdoor area for exclusive use and with access to common areas.
