Reveal the history of the eternal city by staying in an ancient palace from the 16th century built by a cardinal, just steps from the Imperial Forums. The rooms are spacious, cozy, tastefully furnished, and plenty of modern and design pieces. The flat's warm and casually elegant atmosphere is in a unique location in front of the Imperial Forums and two minutes walk from the Colosseum,it's everything very easy to reach!The flat is composed of two wide rooms, in the living room there are a queen size sofa bed, a 50es dining table and a new fully equipped kitchenette. In the bedroom there is a king size bed with a double wardrobe and an easy writing desk. The bathroom is in the bedroom, so it would be much easier for a couple to share the apartment with a family member than a friend. The apartment is at the second floor without elevator. You will be hosted in a two rooms flat with bathroom and kitchenette. It is always a pleasure for me to meet new people, i'll be reachable by message whenever my guests need infos or help,I will be glad to help them in their wandering around my city. The apartment is located in the heart of the Monti neighborhood, a meeting place for Romans with its many restaurants, trendy shops and artisan shops. The streets and alleys are those of the ancient Suburra, where the people of ancient Rome lived. Two subway stops are few minutes steps from the apartment: Cavour and Colosseo. Many buses going in every directions of the city stops in the two closest main streets: Via dei Fori Imperiali and Via Cavour. Via del Colosseo is truly very well connected!!! If you are arriving from Termini Station you will take the subway/metro B direction Laurentina and you will step down to Colosseo stop.

Apartment in the trendy Monti district, ten minutes walk from the Colosseum. It is located at the 1st floor (the one above the ground floor) and there is no lift. It consist in two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, a safe in the Bedroom, Air Conditioning (CAVEAT, should it break down and cannot be fixed immediately, will be replaced by fans), etc. Monti district is very lively, not suitable for light sleepers.
