A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Lo stabile è stato acquistato dai miei nonni nel 1938 ed è stato da me completamente ristrutturato nel 2023. E' la casa più vecchia del borgo Belvedere, così chiamato per la bellissima vista che caratterizza questa via. Nella ristrutturazione ho cercato di mantenere intatte le parti costruttive fatte di legno e sassi che arrivano dal letto del vicino fiume Piave, ma nello stesso tempo ho voluto sfruttare al massimo l'energia solare e dotare la struttura di tutti i confort moderni possibili.
