Sandi was very helpful and very responsive to emails. The place is very nice inside, the outside area is very nice and wooded. We really liked all the birds singing, it was very peaceful. Sandi never bothered us at all, she was very nice. The apartment has everything you need. would stay again, it is a very good value.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The accommodations were top-notch — everything I could have hoped for and more. The towels were incredibly soft and luxurious, and the lotions and shampoos provided were of high quality, making me feel pampered throughout my stay. The little touches, like the thoughtful snacks, really made a difference and added to the welcoming atmosphere. The view of nature was breathtaking, providing the perfect peaceful retreat. And I can’t forget to mention Atlas, the adorable dog who made the experience even more special. Overall, it was an amazing experience that exceeded my expectations. Good little farm house for a great value and price. Clean, warm, beds, hot shower, and a coffee pot, all we needed when coming to bair lake Bible camp for the weekend. Host responsive and very flexible. There is one pic with a bunk bed that is not there anymore. It’s a king bed instead. Also is right on M-60 and road noise is a factor for sleeping if that bothers you, didn’t bother us as we used fans and sound machine. We will probably be using this place again next year this time and will see about getting both houses for more of our guys to sleep at for the men’s retreat at bair lake. Thanks Buffy and Kevin.

My family and I were blown away by the house and its surroundings. We were a party of 10 adults attending my nephew's wedding at the Marion Magnolia Farms venue which was about 2 miles away. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Except the food, of course. Plenty of bath towels, blankets, etc. Bring bottled water. The backyard setting adjacent to the lake was tranquil and peaceful. The weather was beautiful for October (high 70's). We spent the evening around the fire pit making s'mores. No mosquitoes or flies. Yay!!!!!!! You literally will not want to leave!!!!!!!!!!!! But we had to get back to reality. For 3 days and 2 nights we were able to escape the busyness of everyday living.
